Why work with me?

ā€‹

Just like you, I have been through many transitions in my life, from moving and living in different countries, adapting to new cultures, switched jobs, felt lost at times, lost a loved one, got heartbroken, lost friendships and made new ones, went to grad school, acquired student loans, took risks, felt vulnerable, felt like being in a roller coaster...

ā€‹

I understand you, I have experienced ups and downs in life and have been able to work on myself, learn to cope with difficult situations and most importantly love and believe in myself.

ā€‹

I strongly believe that there is nothing more powerful than women lifting each other up.

ā€‹

Everyone has the ability to grow and overcome challenges with the right help and support, I decided to become a therapist and emotional development coach to support women work on those emotional wounds that are affecting their daily lives and confidence. I am here to remind them during their healing journey of how awesome and strong they are and the importance of investing in their needs and emotional well being.

ā€‹

I am curious by nature and this transcends to my commitment to constantly trained myself and look for new innovative tools to implement and use in my therapeutic work. I am committed to provide a unique and personalized support to each of my clients, a space where they feel safe and comfortable.

ā€‹

My psychotherapy skills and passion for working with women are a blend of valuable years of learning experiences where I have put my sole energy and heart into. I developed wellness programs for diverse groups of women, did research about the impact that work-life balance has in women's mental health and provided therapy to survivors of trauma and their families. All these exposure and knowledge have given me the confidence and expertise to provide a unique therapeutic and coaching style that I now use to empower and support my clients.
